The number of natural disasters has increased steadily in recent years and we expect this trend to continue. Therefore a professional crisis management is increasingly gaining importance for us.

In response to that, we have introduced a standardized crisis management process in purchasing and logistics. Responsibilities and tasks are clearly defined in advance in order to ensure a quick and reliable reaction in case of a crisis. In addition, we put special focus on the early detection of potential crises. As a result, we are able to provide reliable information to both internal and external customers in a crisis situation very quickly and to guarantee the functioning of our supply chain by creating transparency.
